Culturally Responsive School Leadership (CRSL) and authentic stakeholder engagement are critical components in developing community-based schools that serve historically marginalized students. At the heart of this practice is ongoing critical self-reflection that leads to actionable change. In this workshop, school leaders will learn the fundamental components of CRSL and use an inquiry lens to reflect on their own leadership strengths and areas of growth. Through authentic self-reflection, open dialogue, and facilitated practice, this session provides school leaders an opportunity to come together to begin, deepen, or re-engage with the practice of Culturally Responsive School Leadership.
